Dear Brewers and Participants:

For those who participated, we thank you and hope that you found our 1st Spring Beer Festival successful and enjoyable, as we did. We are once again inviting past and new participants to the Great International Beer Festival (the 14th) to be held on November 10th, 2007 - along with the 11th Great International Beer Competition on the 9th - both at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence.

Overall our 1st Spring Beer Festival was highly successful - the reports we received from brewers and attendees were positive - enjoyable, less crowded, and more time communicating. The tasting lectures by Greg Glaser were filled and well received. Although the Show was smaller in size than in November, the number of brewers exceeded our expectations and we are especially pleased that there were no problems or delays in the move in process.

Based on overall enthusiasm for the Event, we are planning on our 2nd Spring Beer Festival, to be held on April 12th - same time and place.

For the 2007 November Show, inorder to avoid crowding we have increased our floor space by an additional 17,000 square feet to 60,000 square feet. We will again be selling separate tickets for the afternoon and evening sessions, thereby limiting attendance for the benefit of all concerned.

For the Spring Show, we had the best promotions ever. Our website and the Providence Journal featured logos from nearly all participating breweries, along with a 2 page color story on the beer fest, breweries and beer in general.

We hope you will be joining the Festival and Competition on November 9th and 10th.
